Karen is founder and principal consultant at Abundant Marketing Collective. She is a 24-year Microsoft veteran who led global channel strategies including channel programs, GTM, community, digital sales, and racial equity & social impact initiatives. She is on the executive board for Friends of Youth, a leading Seattle-area youth homelessness advocacy organization, and she is co-founder and senior strategy advisor for Women in Cloud, a women’s start-up community on a mission is to unlock $1B of economic impact through women-led technologies. Karen also serves on the advisory board for the Black Channel Partner Alliance, The Channel Company’s Inclusive Leadership Network, and the International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners

Steve Schellong

Meet Steve Schellong, a seasoned executive with over 20 years of experience in startups, nonprofits, and Big Tech. As a former Microsoft leader, he led sales teams responsible for $5B in annual revenue and over 10,000 B2B customers. Steve co-founded GrantStation.com, pioneering web-based fundraising tools for organizations nationwide. Today, as the founder and CEO of New Leaf Ventures, he helps CEOs and boards drive growth and business transformation. Steve holds a BA in Economics from Villanova University. Based in Seattle, he enjoys nature, home renovations, and quality time with family and friends at their cabin in Tahuya on Hood Canal.
