Rodney and Keith have been close friends since their time at Purdue University in West Lafayette, IN back in 2002. Their friendship has grown and evolved over the years, always anchored by their mutual respect and genuine care for one another. They've navigated many difficult conversations while maintaining the strong foundation of their friendship.

After spending numerous years in the tech industry, and witnessing the growing cultural divisions, Rodney and Keith decided to share the magic of their friendship with others. What started as a simple podcast soon transformed into something greater. With over 150 meaningful conversations, they realized they could leverage their corporate experience, Keith's background in Psychology, and the core principles of their friendship to create valuable tools for others.

Their goal is to break the barriers of echo chambers, foster connections, build trust, and pave the way for a more peaceful future. Rather than dwelling on divisions and uncertainties, they aim to offer a path towards unity and understanding.

Rodney is our co-founder, co-host, resident comedian, technologist, and chief conversation de-railer. With a diverse skill set and a passion for trying new things, Rodney brings 18 years of experience in retail and technology sales, along with his dedicated service on the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Clubs of Burbank and Venice.

Possessing a remarkable ability to connect with people from all walks of life, Rodney believes that building meaningful connections is not as daunting as it may seem. Drawing inspiration from his grandma, his mission is to empower others to foster genuine connections through compassion.
